| captpackrat 10/07/20 12:34:31 PM #30: | The thing that totally caught me by surprise was a horseradish cocktail sauce they were sampling at Costco. The sample lady said "Careful, this stuff is hot" and I was like "Yeah, I'll bet." and I stuffed the entire shrimp in my mouth and it was like being hit in the face with a 2x4. It wasn't really burning hot like peppers, but it was just so incredibly pungent like it exploded into my nose. I could barely breathe, my eyes started watering, and it felt like someone had just taken a Dremel to my sinuses. So the next time they were offering samples I figured I knew what I was getting into and tried it again.
