Whey protein powder Chicken (either chicken breasts I'll boil, or chicken in a can) Tuna Turkey breast Ground chuck Vegetables (miscellaneous bags of frozen veggies I'll boil or steam) Whole grain/brown rice Various beans (black, pinto, etc.) Nuts such as walnuts, pecans, etc. Seeds such as pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia, flax, etc. Bananas I already have eggs ...
