There's barely ever anyone in there, the tourist industry has been down for a while, but they keep buying up more property in some of the most expensive shopfronts in the country. The heroin problems are only going up too. Pretty obviously money laundering for the drug business, but they pay good money to the council sooooo --- Girls = Time x Money. Time = Money.
