You need some aging to get to that point, and calling it "freshly made" at that point is kind of misunderstanding what those two words mean when paired together. That, or you're smelling it just as the hops have been added and are boiling, in which case it's a solid week out from being done and "freshly made" still isn't accurate (though you could identify it as an IPA).That sound like it's still in the process of being made. ...
