As I've already pointed out, Goosestepping is considered Iconography, Hitler's moustache is considered Iconography, in the sense that they violate the law. Photos and memes would be considered Iconography

None of what you listed is people talking about them and is also all you making shit up via assuming what the German authorities would do while you have probably never even been to Germany.
