You might get a save point in Zone 1 if you're lucky, but it's possible to get one in Zone 2 and Zone 3, so you won't have a safety net for a while. Also, one thing I'm not a big fan of - the Crystal Caves are really difficult to clear. The last update before this one added it in, and I'm still not fully used to it. I tend to not have issues until i get to the last zone where everything hits like a truck and refuses to drop HP, also the god damn fucking factory boss that is like a mega fistula that splits into those floating flesh that shoot bolts at you... holy shit fuck that boss.
