And your point is? Mine is that the Republican party has become much more open and accepting of the LGBT community since the days of bush. You're effectively complaining that they haven't fully embraced it yet. IRL I can't think of a single republican I've met who has actually hated homosexuals who wasn't also a bible-thumper. The fact is that the right isn't just bible-thumpers anymore and that's part of why the left can't understand them at all.
