Topic	How to know if it's the mouse/keyboard that's unresponsive or if it's the PC?

Then like 5 seconds later all of a sudden the letters pop up and I'm like "wtf, I've never heard of lag on a computer when someone is just typing" and now, now when I scroll with the scroll wheel, it's like every other scroll doesn't register. Honestly don't know what to wtf at. its unlikely that both your mouse and keyboard will break at the same time. what you're describing sounds like system lag. --- Taarsidath-an halsaam.
