That's kinda the point of trolling. Highly inaccurate claims are used to annoy and aggravate, prompting a response. It's pretty much Bligh's bread and butter.

Well, technically you really can't say "everybody" and "nobody" because there's always an exception somewhere, although it's generally understood that most times that's said it's hyperbolic.
