Well, let's evaluate some of his policies, shall we?

He's currently pushing a race-oriented home ownership program. (It's worth noting that attempts to boost home ownership rates were an underlying factor in the 2008 housing crisis.)

I don't believe race should be a part of this issue at all. Home ownership should be encouraged and funded for all people who are lower-middle class, along with methods to control rent (perhaps offering reductions in homeowners tax based on renting etc).

He supports universal preschool and public-funded childcare facilities.

How is this a bad thing in any universe? This needs to be done, this SAVES money as you won't need to support as many single moms by paying their rent, paying for food etc. It also provides more jobs at the same time (so those moms will actually have jobs they can get). Basically means less people not working at all, which I consider a good thing.

Supports the nonsensical "equal pay" claims for women and will push pay increases in industries largely staffed by women.

Shrug, I think pay is mostly equal for low/mid class jobs, dealing with the higher end jobs is fine, just don't screw over middle class workers. In general women make more or have more earning potential for low end jobs though.

This section notes his commitment to more than double the federal minimum wage, which is a highly radical position considering the vast disparities between states where many can't afford that kind of a leap.

UGH, just boosting min wage does not help, there are plenty of examples of this (including where I currently live). You need to boost the pay of everyone making near min wage equally or you screw everything up royally. Doubling fed min wage would be a disaster, especially if you did it all at once.

Universal community college, increased loan forgiveness, and even more loans. And he has a radical loan payment and forgiveness program that will shift costs onto taxpayers instead of controlling costs at colleges.

Something needs to be done, but also we need to stop making higher education about profit. There is no reason for the costs to be as high as they are. The current 7% interest rate on student loans though is insane, especially with the job market etc. Student loan forgiveness (at least of the interest many have accumulated), needs to be done. The main problem is the insane costs for education and the fact people are becoming billionares off it.
