I recently did a little research to find a good budget router and this is what I settled on: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079JD7F7G/ I'm getting great speeds on it tbh, but for a place of that size you might need a range extender. Maybe a range extender with whatever router you have will do the job. Edit: For reference I typically have ~8 devices connected to this router: 4 ethernet and 4 over wifi.
