If that's the case, then they'd need to fix that before you consider getting a new router. I called xfinity last week. They sent somebody out Friday who fixed it. Then Monday it went out again. So I called and they set me up another appointment for this evening. But it worked all day yesterday, so this morning I cancelled my appointment because I didnt want to be charged for a pointless visit. Then an hour later, it went out again, almost like they waited for me to cancel and then went out just to mess with me. So frustrating.
