Topic	I am becoming disillusioned with the left.

The problem with this country is we rely on the police to handle too many issues. Neighbor is having a loud party at 4am on a Tuesday night, call the cops. Someone is driving 20 MPH over the speed limit, that is a police matter. Two people arguing loudly in the street, call the cops. There is no reason why the cops need to handle every fucking issue that is not a fire or medical emergency. It would be like if we called the fire fighters to come handle a domestic dispute and handle giving out speeding tickets.
