No idea tbh, just was washing up in the shower the other day and touched it. It was a little sore so I kinda felt around it carefully. Feels like it is about as big as my hand. I've been lucky enough to never be seriously injured. My back does not seem to hurt worse than usual. Its hard to judge how bad the swelling is because I'm a big guy (310 lbs).
