BHG's "I Hope You Die" was great in that regard, particularly since it also sets the tone.

Also BHG had a whole song devoted to Ralph Wiggum, but I think they just used his quotes instead of actual clips.

I should note that I was going to ask if Thriller counts despite Vincent Price's monologue being an original creation, but then I remembered that also comes near the *end* of the song. Otherwise that'd get my vote.

Oh, plus I was mildly amused by Young Money's "Bedrock" both referencing and using a clip from Talladega Nights, something I only learned because Todd in the Shadows reviewed the song... I think I learned about it from Todd. (The review was also notable for his glib dismissal of Nikki Minaj who iirc he mentioned he didn't see taking off... and man was he wrong >_> )
