Again, Elizabeth Warren supports policies so far left that most of liberal Europe doesn't touch them, including a wealth tax (which only FOUR European nations have it) and a punishing mechanism that, iirc, NO European nation has. She was also a co-sponsor of AOC's Green New Deal. Bernie Sanders wants to give things that are already free to some Americans to all Americans. He basically wants to remove discrimination in how we hand things out (Medicare only for old people, free college only for poor people). I don't see how that's any more socialist than what is happening right now. I do have a huge issue with Bernie in that he wants to get rid of privatized healthcare. That's not "discrimination," any more than not giving social security payments to all Americans is discrimination. And we currently DON'T give educational stipends right now in addition to free college (at least not on a national level, it's possible that a far-left state might have some) Judgmenl posted... What if I told you that the federal government paid for 6 years of college for me - AND gave me a stipend every semester? Real story btw. I would ask you for more details, obviously.
