Well I didn't get fired but they did. She basically wanted to get workers comp so she came up with a story saying me and her argue and that I picked her and the ladder, threw her off and hit her with it. She started wearing a foot brace and bringing in crutches. I got called in to the Store managers office to witch he says that he is waiting for hr to show. Luckily I had 3 things going for me. I didn't do it, I did not report to him and could not be terminated unless my manger who was above him said so, and three I was only lot scheduled 5 overlapping shifts. She was dumb enough to pick the day I called in sick and didn't realize that security cameras exist.

Fallout was the store manager got fired when I threatened a defamation lawsuit to walmart inc, and of course the hagngot fired. Funny note was that no one beleived her except that one manager as I was regularly moved aroud the store because I asked for crosstrainin in everything to avoid getting screwed over in hours
