This single paragraph is mainly why I made this topic. I haven't ever seen why people want to vote for Trump other than "well the Dems suck" or "because he's a true Patriot and is doing good for this country". And based on your answers in this topic, it sounds like you fall in that category of people. This is not different from people voting for Biden because they don't like Trump so I'm not faulting you on it. It just truly makes it difficult to understand why anyone actually likes Trump as our president.

So I'll ask you again, what is Trump doing as president that will improve your life in any meaningful way? You haven't answered this question so far.

And based on your responses I'll ask you this. Do you genuinely believe Trump has made American a greater country than it was before he became president? Do you really believe that he will make it a better country if he were to be elected to a second term?

I'm not here to challenge your beliefs or argue anything. I'm asking questions and just want honest answers because I'm genuinely confused.

Well, let's start with just this topic alone and look what's happening. Zang especially. The left is basically just talking about how horrible, corrupt, and the like the right is without even providing an argument, ignoring reality in favor of a political lie, talking about how horrible and terrible America is and how it's a laughing stock, and so-forth. The left is talking about doing things like abolishing the police, about how America is a tainted nation stained eternally with the sin of racism, anyone who disagrees with them is a racist, homophobic, etc, monster, and so-forth. Meanwhile when the virus hit Trump went out every day to give press briefings on the situation and did his best to find something, anything, to help. You'll find Dems talking about how hydroxy doesn't work or is dubious at best but they're missing the point. When the going got rough Trump was in our corner trying to help while the left, instead, talked about things like the racial impact of the virus. The left says 'tears down statues', Trump builds a Garden of Heroes. We've seen him establish a Space Force (an area we're behind in), a whole new WING of the military simply because, in the future, we're going to need to handle combat in space. We've heard talks of the Artemis project and establishing moonbases. We've seen entire migrant caravans smash up against our borders and Trump dispatch people down to the border to protect it while the left cries about racism. Every nation has a sovereign right to protect it's own borders; that's why they exist in the first place. Trump got tough on China. He's put us into a Trade War, done things like ban Tic Tok, bring at least some jobs back to America that were gone overseas and others got relocated to places at least friendlier to America. Meanwhile the left says it's racially motivated all while China turns shipments of masks around for their own people and Americans were left unable to manufacture their own because they had outsourced it all to China.

You don't hear about this. Because the mainstream media only cries endlessly about Trump being some sort of 'ist' while doing their best to carry water for every little cause the left comes up with. Do you realize that the riots have been going on for, like, 70 days and are doing things like blasting bullhorns in the middle of the night specifically to wake civilians up and telling people they need to give up their homes to black people? I bet not because the media would cover that up. Meanwhile Trump is offering law and order, trying to get the mayors to protect their own cities and finally send in the police to break up these unrulely mobs, riots, and disruptive protests. It's the city mayors who are refusing but only so long as they don't have to deal with them personally; because once these riots and protests arrive at their front door they suddenly get tough and break them up.

As for if things are better or will get better, I don't believe America is a better nation since before, but I also firmly believe that the reason for this is not because of Trump but because the left does nothing but spew hatred, lies, and negativity all day. They attack people for disagreeing with them, do things like slander people simply defending their homes, and generally act like spoiled, petulant, children non-stop. That isn't Trump's fault. It's theirs and it's why America is falling apart. If he gets re-elected I don't believe things will get better unless the left excises this cancer that has taken hold within them; which they won't do. However that doesn't mean I'm going to suddenly change my vote for a demented old man and a tyrant simply to appease a bunch of people whom have openly stated they want to reform America into a communist nation but can't even plant a garden (and then immediately say that said garden is reserved for PoC's if/when it ever does actually produce).

If you want to learn more about the mindset I suggest going onto Youtube and looking up videos by people like Tim Pool and Karlyn Borysenko to name just two. You'll find that a decent portion of people who are going to be voting for Trump are people who actually hold classical left viewpoints and are simply utterly disgusted with what the left has been doing.
