He said they want to bring more lower income people into suburban areas due to their alleged claim there are not enough people of color living in suburbia. But if 35% are people of color, that would seem to be consistent with the racial makeup of the U.S. According to Wiki, 61.5% of people in the U.S. are White non-hispanic.
