| half_silver28 08/12/20 5:20:06 PM #2: | I don't think fans of FFVI really care for Relm so I will say Low Fodder for her. I will also say Low Fodder for Qui-Gon. Aside from Episode 1, Qui-Gon only has a few guest appearances in Clone Wars and some cameos - so it would be a bit of a stretch to put him at anything higher. Plus casual fans may have a hard time even remembering him. High Fodder for Starmie. I don't think it's as popular as a starter or a mainstay like Gengar, but Starmie is known for its strength in battle and being Misty's signature Pokemon.
