Topic	Why do we have to hear so much about trans stuff all the time?

Humans have always been a social species, it's just kinda odd it hasn't popped up before even on a lesser scale. Though I'm not saying individuals haven't felt like this before. I mean, it has popped up on a lesser scale, in that there are societies than consider trans people a 'third gender' and/or sacred. Unfortunately, it is more common that they get killed.
