Trump says it does and he is an idiot, so i tend not to believe it. On the other side the very anti-trump media has been obsessed with saying that it doesnt work starting from the second it came out of his mouth, long before any relevant trials or studies, so for all i know it could work just fine but they dont want him scoring points being right.
