He was originally charged for the murder of his 2 kids, 3 y/o Ryan and 4 y/o Teagan who were found dead in his hot truck but surveillance footage showed that the kids walked out of the house and climbed in themselves and were tragically trapped there in 90 degree weather and died. Dustin went straight to BED after coming back from a convenience store with the kids and slept for 5 HOURS that day before discovering their bodies and brought them inside to give CPR before calling police. Which is still fucking strange. mrduckbear posted... Do you think he should be charged with child neglect and second degree felony murder?. It's kinda hard to prove? While it's possible he might have told them to go out there and get into the car, the reason he supposedly wasn't watching them was because he was asleep. Was he supposed to get a babysitter while he slept?
