Topic	Damn! High cholesterol.
wolfy42 07/10/20 8:31:42 PM #4:	I mean, you just need to eat more meat dude. I pretty much JUST eat meat and my cholesterol is find (A bit low on the good cholesterol but other than that). I suggest focusing mainly on beef, specifically steak, but toss in a bit of chicken and fish every once and awhile for variety, and pork (especially bacon) if you think your getting a cold or something.
