That's true, ship really has sailed as far as Austin is concerned. I might make a road trip once in a while if the wife sees a restaurant she wants to try, but that's it. Probably not even that, now that COVID is a thing. My point is that Austin is over rated. Everyone makes it sound like it's heaven on earth, but it's not that great. Only reason to move there is to meet women.

I don't think I would move there for a 'mondo job offer' though. It's hard to keep jobs like that there, you're competing with the whole damn country for a job in that city.

Btw, fuck Kansas. I hate that state with a passion.

Aww, I liked Wichita a lot. I only visited the Missouri side of Kansas City, though, so I can't vouch for the Kansas side.
