You didn't understand his post at all. Kids mimic what they see. For Adam at 9 years old to go and demand his little sister go down on him that aggressively, that meant he had exposure to it at some level to know it's pleasurable. A plausible explanation for him being privy to this information if he experienced it himself; i.e. abuse. There's a chance of him watching too much porn or catching his parents in the act and wanting to replicate it. These are all possibilities, though you'd need a lot of exposure for that whereas an abuse would imprint quite strongly with a little bit of time.
