I think it's because since Trump's drive to surround himself with yes-men/"central casting"/grifters means there's no real ideological consistency there. You have the people like Miller who are all in it for the white supremacy but his economic advisers are basically the Reagan-era fiscal people who are all for eating the poor and "trickle down."
