Well your doing a good job of controlling your blood sugar levels, way better then me.

The nurapathy crap sucks, I get that in my legs and feet as well and I also had a problem with one of my toes recently. My doctor is completely and totally worthless (especially now), so I have mainly had to come up with solutions myself.

That being said, I had HORRIBLE migraines for the longest time, for years in fact, but they were directly due to a combination of very high blood pressure and stress, so that could be partially causing the pain at the back of your skull. I don't know if you have alot of stress right now, but it makes everything much worse.

You might also have a problem with your back/spine, which can cause pain and numbness in your legs/feet. I was diagnosed a buncha years ago with degenerative disk disease and they wanted to do surgery. I was like....nah....and I have mostly figured out how to avoid having my back go out (Sleep on my side, don't drive more then an hour or so, don't stand more then 2 hours etc).

If you don't already sleep on your side, you might try that and see if it helps with the pain/numbness etc (it doesn't totally stop it for me, but it keeps my legs from feelinglike they are half asleep most of the time.

Anyway, I really shouldn't give advice I don't follow myself, but if you don't like your doctor, you should just switch to another one (So should I, and I really planned on it before the virus thing happened but now it's too complicated).

MY AIG is horrid now and i'm still being pretty careful on what I eat (was over 10 last time, but has been around 9.8 etc previously). Before I had this doctor it was rarely over 7, but he changed my perscriptions on me (and I couldn't get em changed back), which jumped me from 7.2 to 9.8 and last time to over 10.

Sorry you got diabetes btw, it really freaking sucks. Especially if your staying at home etc. I was doing good the first few month and still excersizing regularlly, but I have mostly stopped that now as well. To freaking hard to keep up a routine for me for this long.

Anyway a decent doctor can make all the difference so really, try and get one you like and feel like you can communicate with easily. My current doctor is Russian and doesn't speak very good english (almost impossible to understand) and he keeps messing up the perscriptions he orders or not giving me directions (doubled one of my meds but made it 1 times a day instead of 2, so I ended up taking 4x as much for 6 weeks because of it as one example).
