It's based on the state, not the individual archedsoul posted... But it essentially boils down to 50%. It's not really 30% anywhere. I mean the benefit calculation in some places are seemingly random. Arizona gives you 4% of your salary from a quarter. And the way you calculate that 50% of wages is different in different states, too... Colorado uses two different formulas and gives the employee whichever is higher It's definitely not a simple or straightforward number to get at --- But to you who are listening I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. ...
