Once again, just look at China for much more democratized workplaces. The CEO of Huawei owns like 2% company stock and has a salary limited by government policy and yet is somehow still motivated to make executive decisions for one of the country's leading corporations. Most private companies and all state companies have worker congresses with representatives elected by the workers. The idea that sharing the means of production corrupts production is like saying that sharing the power to elect leaders of the nation's corrupts leadership.
