The only way to handle this is for the world to join together and pressure them. Not sanction because that'll just lead to millions of different innocent people dying. And so will war. But there has to be a way to put maximum pressure on the actual leadership of the country while not impoverishing billions. It truly makes me scared of what we would have done if Germany had been a bigger economic, rather than military power.
