A man started a fight with the police, disarmed one of them, and then pointed a weapon at them, at which point he was shot and killed. For shooting a person aiming a weapon at him, the officer was charged with felony murder, which carries the possibility of the death penalty. If the cops can't shoot somebody who's pointing a weapon at them, exactly what are they supposed to do? Just let violent criminals go? Not get involved? If you think the police acted in the wrong by shooting an armed suspect pointing a weapon at them, shouldn't you be applauding the police staying home? --- It's the fat upper kitty area, and if you got one I wanna marry ya! ...
