Topic	Employee gets sucker punched and beat for reportedly saying the N-word at Macy's

In fact, there's no reason to believe Macys could make that determination at all since it's highly unlikely their store cameras have audio. "Unprovoked" in this case means that the employee didn't start the physical violence. Makes sense. I just assumed Macys investigation was asking witnesses. I highly doubt they did that on the spot or found shoppers who where present to ask them.
