Yes, not every woman is interested, as Angry Joe found out with this particular fan, but there are enough of them that I dont blame him for trying. There's a sliding scale. The more famous/affluent someone is, the more naive you have to be to think that your interaction is going to be any more than transactional. I don't think Angry Joe is enough of a celebrity to reach that level. He's basically just famous enough to think he can pull it off, but not famous enough to be successful.
