"Violating store policy" isn't an arrestable offense; management can ask you to leave and police can mediate if it escalates to the antimasker refusing to leave private/corporate property, but the police would not proactively respond to someone flauting health protocols. In Maryland, for instance, the governor's order has required masks for months, but he specifically said that there would not be legal enforcement of it. --- Please, call me Vanai.
