Even 13 sounds kind of young. I have a cousin who got pregnant at 15 and biologically everything was fine. But mentally she was incapable of raising a child as she was a child herself. The child was raised by grandmother and is relatively ok.

well that's more cause of modern culture. we grow up slower than we did thousands of years ago. a 15 year old girl that lived 5 thousand years ago was considered a grown adult woman. and probably already had like 3 children by that age.
