Don't get me wrong, I've definitely had some asshole puckering moments in years past. Options are incredibly stressful at a certain point and it is not worth it depending on the situation. Honestly, I'll probably never do it in the scale again. The majority of my investments are in long term holds.

Anyone thinking about options should not do it if they don't have at least a year of an emergency fund saved up. It's gambling at best and most people that I know who do it barely have savings.

My rule on options is I never short. The lowest a stock can go is $0. The highest a stock can go is limitless.
