There's also a rumor of an ultra grim dark embarrassingly bad ending now. I don't want to talk too much about it and lend too much credence to it since it isn't confirmed (aside from two people saying it's the truth), but it's so bad that I feel like I don't want to believe it, but it's still so bad that given everything we know about this game I don't put it past them. This also puts the scene where Ellie and Abby are fighting at maybe 3/4 of the game rather than the ending like we thought. And the ending would involve them fighting again.
