You willfully also commited these crimes... You're not innocent in these matters. So if you want to go down with him, go for it.

I actually didn't find out about all of it to almost a year later. He actually used my signature from the teaching contract (took the last page of the contract and added it to the "fake" contact) without my knowledge. I only found out because he needed me to sign a document relating to the fake business so that he could add another person to it. Before I came he told me he could get me a management visa due to my experience which would allow me teach still, that turned out not to work.

You have left China so he cant bribe somebody to visit you?

Yep, we are in Canada now.

Keep in mind this is China and this is all in accordance to Chinese laws. It could be entirely different over there, which is why I have no comment on this. In America, yes he's blackmailing and incriminating himself. In China this could be perfectly fine. I don't know.

I have no intentions of ever returning to China, so I'm not concerned if incriminating myself will cause a problem for me there. It's not like Canada will ever extradite a citizen to China.

Blackmail is never the answer.
You might drive someone to insanity or put them in a desperate situation where they will feel the need to retaliate in some way or some form.

He doesn't know where we live. He just knows we are in Canada. So as far as I'm concerned, fuck him.
