Topic	Brutai aka CreepySmile owes Mrduckbear an apology
MabusIncarnate 06/12/20 12:44:44 PM #1:	It has been brought to my attention that our resident CEman @CreepySmile has taken concern and issue with a nickname of his that I use, which was created by another user, as much as I wish I could take credit, and would like me to stop calling him Irish Vegy. It's a term of endearment, I like Vegy and have not spoken negatively about him, and the term is being taken as an insult. He doesn't like the ongoing ridicule of being called this. You know what I didn't like? The years of ongoing harassment and abuse toward our dear friend @mrduckbear . Every thread he created, for years, there was Brutai to make sure to tell him he was a troll, he was "spamming" and he was not a journalist. Every single time. And it persisted, and persisted until finally that account was banned, he returned with another, and again the same result. So now we have ourselves a pickle, because he's getting a little bit of friendly banter on my end and he wants it to stop, yet he never gave that same respect to our treasure to CE mrduckbear. Duckbear did nothing wrong, he provides us news from around the globe, in an area of the forum that is literally called "Current Events" and he was met with harsh criticism for it for too long. He did not deserve this treatment. So here are my terms. I would like a public apology from @CreepySmile in his own created thread, where he mentions duckbear and provides a heart felt, and sincere apology for all the grief he gave him over the years, no less than 100 words. With everything going on in the world, we can extend a few olive branches around CE, patch up some old quarrels and own up to our mistakes. We can make CE a better and friendlier place, not only between brutai and duckbear, but between me and brutai and help become part of the solution. It's time to step up and do the right thing. If you do so, I will refrain from referring to you as Irish Vegy going forward. This is my compromise. --- Ten million dollars on a losing campaign, Twenty million starving and writhing in pain.
