Have a community group from the neighborhood that can volunteer to watch the feeds and write down notes of things they wished to discuss from a standpoint of what they feel wasn't done right or not. At the very least, the people who are reviewing things can see just how much the police do a good job most of the time instead of only hearing about them when mistakes happen. And, maybe when seeing the things they can deal with daily, have another understanding of things.
