After Dios final defeat, you, as his most trusted devotee, were entrusted with his final instructions, and you plan to use them to make a world that in your eyes is truly made in heaven. Your stand, Whitesnake, can steal the Stands and the memories of others, transforming them into discs.
As a Thief, once per night you can visit someone. You will learn the name of the Stand of the person you visited, if they have one. Last Man Standing is an effect that occurs when you are the last remaining SCUM. It will make you Bulletproof, Strongman, Ninja, Godfather, and Persistent - essentially you become immune to scans and attempts to stop your kills.
You win when all threats to SCUM have been eliminated and SCUM dominates the town.
