The cuck is someone that is already in a relationship, but is an observer willing, or unwilling to seeing their partner be either/or in a relationship with someone else, or getting fucked by someone else. For some it is a fetish for them, for others it is a reflection of them being on the outside of their own relationship. The differences? The simp is not going to have sex with the focus of their attention no matter how much they fawn or donate. The cuck might get to clean up sloppy seconds.
