I agree, but the reasons I compare the US to South Korea in this regard: The US and South Korea both reported their first COVID-19 cases on the same day South Korea has a competent government while the US does not People in South Korea followed quarantine guidelines for a few weeks and got through the worst of it very quickly. Comparatively, the US has waayyy to many people who think COVID-19 is some liberal government hoax funded by George Soros to make Trump lose the election and take our rights away, so we're STILL not over it MONTHS LATER. It's fucking frustrating.
