monkmith 06/03/20 10:24:51 AM #9:	do you live in an area where the tax assessors are city employees? if so you're fucked getting the assessment lowered. found out a few years into living in the house i'm in now that the assessment value included a garage that has never actually been on the lot since i've lived here, apparently they dont even do a simple drive by assessment... bitched at them to fix the issue, and when they finally did they actually raised the assessment value another thousand... --- Taarsidath-an halsaam.
