Since we do literally have random pricks showing up places were it doesn't seem to be any constriction around. I am not at the point of given the 12 the benefit of the doubt on anything. They killed a man who literally gave cops free food, and guess what their cameras happen to be off. If that happen with anyone else.. people would be outraged saying you have camera but they were off when you killed someone .. that doesn't fly.
