Being in uncomfortably cold weather is painful, while being in uncomfortably hot weather is just kinda aggravating. Obviously there are limits in both directions, but "too cold for me" sucks way more than "too hot for me". --- I'm sorry, but 10,000 of ANYTHING on a PS2 would absolutely destroy your framerate.
