They can talk shit on Facebook and play those games just fine, but as soon as you give them basis instructions to do anything else they turn into the most infuriatingly stupid people. Last week I spend 40min on the phone trying to get a 64 year old woman's laptop connected to her new BF's wifi. This woman spends 12+ hours daily on her laptop and has done so for a decade. She couldn't find the wifi symbol despite me describing what it looks like and exactly where it's located. I ended up having her go through Settings after 30min. When I asked her to click on the giant Windows logo at the bottom left of her screen...she was pressing the ACER logo at the top of her keyboard with her finger despite knowing what the Windows logo looks like. --- ... ...
