Even if you had the formula for a Coronavirus vaccine that doesn't mean you have the funds or the means to mass produce it, so you would have to give the formula away to a pharmaceutical company to do it, and they sure as heck aren't going to give it away for free. To have any control over it you would have to patent the formula and sell that to a pharmaceutical company. No pharmaceutical company anywhere would be willing to produce and give away a vaccine for free, so the best you can possibly hope for if you wanted to go the "free" route, is to have a timed condition on selling the vaccine that prohibits them from selling it over a certain price. --- Mwahahahaha. ...
