I started off as an AMD fan but later switched to Intel and their i5 series. That said, I am planning to switch back to AMD for my next computer next year. Kinda leaning toward R7 3700X but a friend is suggesting going for a R7 3800X or even R9 3900X. Maybe that extra $100-200 will be worth in the long run.
